Precision mechanical machining specialist.

Location 1: Staff Setup CNC Milling Machine, CNC Lathe

❖ Working time: Monday – Saturday

• Shift 1: 7h00 – 15h30, Shift 2: 15h00 – 23h00

❖ Job description:

• Receive programs and drawings from BP. Engineering

• Prepare setup tools

• Programming and setting up the machine

• Machine operation

• Check the simple dimensions of the product

• Other tasks assigned by TBP.

❖ Requirement:

• Experience: Over 6 months

• Know how to set up, program according to handwritten / available programs

• Know how to use basic measuring devices: micromers, calipers, height gauges, ...

Position 2: CNC Programmer (Writing Machine Running Programs)

❖ Working time: Monday – Saturday

• Office hours: 8h00 – 17h00

❖ Job description:

• Get information of products to be produced.

• Use software to support writing programs to run the machine.

• Make a list of tools used for each stage.

• Coordinate with customers and BP. Production clearly analyzes product details.

• Support production as needed.

❖ Requirement:

• Experience: From 2 – 3 years

• Proficient in MS office, Autocad, MasterCAM, SolidWorks, ...

Position 3: QC Staff – Mechanic

❖ Working time: Monday – Saturday

• Office hours: 8h00 – 17h00

❖ Job description:

• Check product dimensions before, during and after production

• Make reports related to product quality

• Other tasks assigned by TBP.

❖ Requirement:

• Experience: 0 - 6 months

• Know how to use basic measuring devices: micromers, calipers, height gauges, ...
